Golexanolone is currently in clinical development for the treatment of symptoms that affect the brain in Primary Biliary Cholangitis. Our program for Hepatic Encephalopathy is guiding clinical development in hepatology projects. Since golexanolone is also thought to play a role in several brain disorders, it is also being evaluated in other neurodegenerative disorders.
